HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The first step after initial contact is we will need a copy of your Oil and Gas Lease and copies of your most recent check stubs. Once we evaluate the geology, royalty interest and operator associated with your acreage we will then be able to generate a personal offer for you. You will receive your offer in 24 hours or less.

WHAT DOES IT COST ME TO RECIEVE AN OFFER?

It does not cost you anything nor is there any obligation to receive an offer from Mountain Laurel.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT?

Mountain Laurel prides itself on providing fast and easy closings for the seller. Once an agreement has been reached, Mountain Laurel will review and confirm ownership. Once ownership is verified, we will close immediately. We can fund by wire transfer or check.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE OFFER PRICE?

Mountain Laurel will determine the maximum value for your acreage utilizing engineers and geologists, and determining the current phase of development. We take pride in making the most competitive offers possible in this market.

DO I HAVE TO SELL ALL OF MY INTEREST?

No. Mountain Laurel is happy to make an offer on all or any portion you want to sell.
